What I’m making this week:
- Crispy Pan Seared Salmon with Lemon Parmesan Sauce – this beautiful meal comes together with salmon from Cold Country, Kuhn’s garlic and shallots, and the last few summer zucchinis and a handful of arugula from Rendezvous Farm.
- Focaccia Stuffing with Chorizo, Butternut Squash, and Goat Cheese This recipe allows you to sub focaccia for a baguette from Metropolitan Bakery you’ve (intentionally) let sit on the counter for a few days. Use sausage from Pipeline Poultry, Garner’s butternut (or honeynut) squash, and of course, Cheese Goatees chevre. This is certainly one that will impress at Friendsgiving!
- It’s inevitable that someone at your holiday parties has a food allergy or restriction, I like to make sure I’m the hero of the party by bringing a few sweets from VegHeaven and some savory snacks from Green Almond Pantry, but you can always grab a bottle of Ancient Foods olive oil, add a touch of seasoning, and some fresh bread, too.
