Recipe Roundup: Simple & Delicious Dishes for Spring

As we reach the end of May and the start of the summer season, I’m rounding up some of my favorite recipes for this time of year.
- Pantry Pasta – When I’m running low on inspiration, a version of this always finds it’s way on to my stove. Ancient Foods olives are a great addition here, but capers would work well too, and its the ideal recipe for early season cherry tomatoes.
- Slow Cooker Creamy Kale – It may not seem like the right time of year for a crock pot, but this is a great recipe to make while you’re working from home with the beautiful kale from Garners!
- Sheet Pan Salmon – Meals that require the fewest dishes possible are a personal favorite of mine, and the spare list of ingredients means that every in the recipe gets a chance to sign, especially the salmon. Don’t forget to pre-order from Cold Country so you get just the cut you’re looking for!
- Pork and Asparagus Stir-fry – Another dish that’s easy to whip together after a day of homeschooling, conference calls, and generally trying to keep the trains running on time. *If pork isn’t your thing, substitute ground turkey to tofu!
